Richard J. “Rich” Losier
Founder/Managing Partner
After recruitment prior to college graduation to serve the federal government as civilian for several years, Rich left for the private sector eventually working for large telco and ISPs. From there it was off to Wall Street banking as a consultant to design, architect, and manage large scale integrations for trading floors and dealing rooms located around the global stock exchanges. With the oncoming further divestiture of large telecom, he got involved with emerging players engineering RF solutions to compete with the Regional Bell Operating Companies. Then it was off to the Mid-Atlantic to build up what developed into a thriving CISCO VoiP practice along with conventional circuit-switched voice and data offerings.
During this period working in the commercial private sector, he also developed a unique wireless product along with patented fiberoptics hardware slated for the telecom market. That period was the nascent stages of what grew into today’s expansive intellectual property portfolio held by Little Creek Solutions, a division of Rainmaker Venture Group LLC.
In 2009, Rich re-entered service to the federal government as a cleared contractor at several regional sites within the Defense Department. There, as an architect and now well-versed and confident senior ISSE security advocate, he characterizes and fuses both cyber and operational risks within several modalities. As part of that approach and in-depth exposure within these compute ecosystems across several private and public sectors, will present best scenarios for risk buydown, transference or acceptance while maintaining mission uptime. Rich performs numerous underlying security assessments of computing environments and their variants (legacy-cloud-mobile) to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations, while recommending mitigation strategies while maximizing technology ROI.
Frank Martin
Partner
Frank Martin joined our team after a stellar twenty-plus years serving in both private and federal sectors. Frank, a prior USAF Senior Airmen that served on a Logistics Squadron and has deployed to several overseas mission theaters is a welcome addition to Rainmaker Venture Group. He also came up through the ranks of large telecom and several important Defense Department initiatives as a cleared federal contractor. Frank collaborated with Mission Operations to provide mission tasking for unit.
Frank serves as engineer with extensive experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry along with the Intelligence Community. His expertise in network integration, planning, analyzing, and troubleshooting skills are highly sought while understanding the OSI model. His broad knowledge of various technologies coupled with solid organizational, planning and project management skills enabling work on multiple complex projects simultaneously while exceeding specified objectives is a bellwether for success for our growing team. We are extremely pleased to have Frank join us and work side-by-side in growing our consultancy as well as our IP stack.
Ashutosh “ Ash” Singh
Partner
Ash Singh, a no-nonsense Security SME, came into our aperture after he and I did justice in assessing SOF capabilities. Ash earned a B.S in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.S in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon. When it comes to cybersecurity, operational security and mobile device forensics, Ash is up to the task having designed and analyzed numerous security constructs in both the private and public sector.
From our personal experience in serving side-by-side with Ash, his "take no prisoners and simply get it done" approach to accomplish mission objectives is a shining beacon to follow. Whether it be a scripting, networking or an OSINT task, no technology is too overwhelming. Ash's enthusiasm and can-do attitude combined with his research and development capabilities raises the bar for our entire team to emulate. We welcome Ash, as another 50X performer in joining our squad!
